12WBT Pre-season task 5 - Say it out loud

Pre-season task 5 is about making a commitment to yourself, and to others by voicing your goals.

So.... here goes:

My commitment is to lose 8kg and 25cm by the end of the 12WBT, as well as being able to run 5km. 

In order to achieve this I will stick to my allocated calories each day and train 6 days a week.
